Volunteers are an important part of developing The SugarFest community. The SugarFest supports, facilitates, and values the efforts of all our volunteers. There are many volunteer opportunities at SugarFest, including one-time, two-hour commitments, and monthly commitments on a year-round basis.
Volunteers do not have to reside in Arab to be a member of the committee.
Event Volunteers will receive some sweet treats for their help!
1 Hour - A SugarFest T-Shirt ($15 value)
2 Hours - SF T-Shirt and 1 Sweet Treat Voucher ($25 value)
4 Hours - SF T-Shirt, 1 Sweet Treat Voucher, & an unlimited ride stamp! ($35 value)
5 Hours+ - All of the above, plus a special appreciation lunch! ($50 Value)

Volunteer Details
Event Volunteers
Event Volunteers will assist on the day of SugarFest, being present across various zones of the event in order to assist our vendors and guests throughout the day. There will be shifts to ensure nobody is left standing around all day. Please be sure to choose your availability on the application!
Shifts
- 8 AM - 11 AM
- 11 AM - 2 PM
- 2 PM - 5 PM
- 5 PM - 8 PM
Committee Volunteers
We are looking for new individuals to join the committee. You do not have to reside in Arab to be a member of the committee. The committee has a need for members who are able to be active all year long working and planning for the festival. The committee meets once per month except in August, when the committee will meet weekly until the festival
